Movement has always been at the center of my life.
As a former college athlete, I experienced firsthand how movement, discipline, and resilience can transform not only physical performance but overall quality of life. That experience ultimately led me into physical therapy—a profession I've been passionate about for more than 25 years.
After earning my degrees in Exercise Science and Physical Therapy from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and the University of Texas Medical Branch, I spent decades working in orthopedic private practice, helping people recover from injury and return to the activities they love.
Over the years, my passion has evolved beyond rehabilitation alone.
Today, I specialize in helping active adults, fitness athletes, and women build stronger, more resilient bodies through personalized physical therapy and performance-focused care.
I have advanced training in orthopedic rehabilitation, pelvic health, and functional fitness, including certification as an ICE Certified Pelvic Health Specialist and CrossFit Level 1 Trainer.
I believe movement is medicine.
I believe strength is one of the greatest investments we can make for our future.
Most importantly, I believe every person deserves individualized care—not rushed appointments or generic treatment plans.
Starting my own practice gave me the opportunity to slow down, truly listen, and provide the kind of care every patient deserves.
My goal is simple:
To help you move better, feel stronger, and continue doing the things you love for years to come.
Whether you're experiencing pain, recovering from surgery, preparing for your next race, or looking to stay active as you age, we're here to help.
